Attire at DCPC
should be appropriate to the activity in which you are participating.
Clubhouse:
•
Gentlemen are required to remove hats, visors
or other head coverings before entering the Clubhouse or the West Porch. Men must wear a shirt with a collar. Shirts must be tucked in. Men must remove hats inside the Clubhouse.
•
Denim of any color is NOT permitted in the Clubhouse or in
any of the outside dining areas at any time. This includes denim jackets,
shorts, tops, and dresses. The only exception is white jeans for women (no
tears/frays).
•
During the golf and outdoor tennis
season, any dress permitted on the golf course or tennis courts is similarly
permitted in the Clubhouse.
• Soft spike golf shoes may be worn in
the Clubhouse.
Golf:
•
Male golfers must wear tucked in collared
shirts. Hats are to be worn brim-forward.
•
Bermuda length shorts, not more than
four inches above the knee, are permitted. Joggers and cargo shorts/pants are not permitted
•
For women, if a shirt has no sleeves,
it must have a collar; if it has no collar, it must have sleeves.
Tennis:
•
Collared shirts are mandatory for
adult males and junior boys.
• Ladies should wear tennis attire.
• Tennis shoes with flat soles are required for all players at all times.
Pool:
•
Men, women, and children should wear a
swim attire. Swimming attire is only allowed in the pool area, and the parking areas.
• Diners are asked to wear a cover up while dining.
General:
•
Shoes, sneakers or sandals must be
worn at all times inside the Clubhouse, Pro Shop or Tennis building.
•
Swimsuits and all manner of pool wear
cover-ups may not be worn outside of the pool, and parking areas.
