Welcome to the Dedham Country and Polo Club (DCPC)!

Below is information that will help make your visit enjoyable. Any further questions you have may be addressed to the club reception at 781-326-3090 ext. 146 or the member whom you’ll be joining.

Parking and Activity Locations
- When you enter through the main entrance of the property, the clubhouse will be directly in front of you. The tennis buildings are on the left, and the entrance to the golf course is on the left between the tennis building and the clubhouse. The pool area is to the right, across from the outdoor tennis courts. Please park in an angled space along the driveway, or in a lined space to the right of the clubhouse. The club member you are meeting will arrange a place to meet you. And of course, you may always ask a staff member for help if you require further assistance.
Dress Code
- Attire at DCPC should be appropriate to the activity in which you are participating.
  
  Clubhouse:
  •   Gentlemen are required to remove hats, visors or other head coverings before entering the Clubhouse or the West Porch. Men must wear a shirt with a collar. Shirts must be tucked in. Men must remove hats inside the Clubhouse.
  •   Denim of any color is NOT permitted in the Clubhouse or in any of the outside dining areas at any time. This includes denim jackets, shorts, tops, and dresses. The only exception is white jeans for women (no tears/frays).
  •   During the golf and outdoor tennis season, any dress permitted on the golf course or tennis courts is similarly permitted in the Clubhouse.
  •  Soft spike golf shoes may be worn in the Clubhouse.
  
  Golf:
  •   Male golfers must wear tucked in collared shirts. Hats are to be worn brim-forward.
  •   Bermuda length shorts, not more than four inches above the knee, are permitted. Joggers and cargo shorts/pants are not permitted
  •   For women, if a shirt has no sleeves, it must have a collar; if it has no collar, it must have sleeves.
  
  Tennis:
  •   Collared shirts are mandatory for adult males and junior boys.
  • Ladies should wear tennis attire.
  • Tennis shoes with flat soles are required for all players at all times.
  
  Pool:
  •   Men, women, and children should wear a swim attire. Swimming attire is only allowed in the pool area, and the parking areas.
  • Diners are asked to wear a cover up while dining.
  
  General:
  •   Shoes, sneakers or sandals must be worn at all times inside the Clubhouse, Pro Shop or Tennis building.
  •   Swimsuits and all manner of pool wear cover-ups may not be worn outside of the pool, and parking areas.
Important Rules
- • Cell Phones: Use is only permitted in the office areas in the lower level of the Clubhouse, the hallway/corridor between the men’s locker room and the tennis building, in one’s car, or at the lifeguard station building at the pool.
  • Electronics: While the limited use of personal electronic devices is permitted at the Club, all use must be silent and brief. Smartphones, iPads, Kindles, tablets and laptops are permitted in the Dining Rooms, Terraces and Pool for reading and replying to texts, emails and reading periodicals. Please remember that courtesy, common sense, and Club culture must always be considered.
  • Smoking: DCPC is a non-smoking facility. Smoking of any kind and use of devices such as vapes, e-cigarettes, and traditional tobacco products are not permitted in any dining area, including the outdoor terraces and porches.
